Location was great for local restaurants and the Leaning Tower. The quadruple room was clean and comfortable for our family. I appreciated the easy self check-in and extra bathroom supplies provided. The breakfast option for 5 euros each was a good deal-way cheaper than going out!

For a quieter experience, consider bringing earplugs. The walls are thin, and it can get noisy at night with the sounds from nearby rooms.

The self-check-in process felt a bit odd since I didn't see any staff when I arrived. the key was left on the desk with a code provided for access. Although clean, the room felt quite basic, like a college dorm, lacking a kettle for making tea. Breakfast was reasonably priced at €5 per person, and I found the available options to be good for getting the day started, though it could be improved. I enjoyed a late check-out at no extra cost, which I appreciated. The noise at night from late guests slamming doors was quite disruptive.

I had a wonderful stay just a short 5-8 minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which made it super easy to explore the city. Plus, there were tons of restaurants nearby for great dining options. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly during a warm August trip, and I appreciated having housekeeping daily to keep things fresh. One downside was the absence of a fridge in the room. it would have been nice for keeping snacks and drinks cool.

Great Wi-Fi and comfortable air conditioning, but very noisy at night.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the iconic Leaning Tower! We especially enjoyed the cozy library area for relaxing with a book after our busy days. Plus, the nearby restaurants offered delicious meals for our large family.

For dads, it would be great to have a kettle in the room for a late-night cup of tea.

The Double or Twin Room was pretty basic, felt a bit like a college dorm honestly. The bed was comfy enough, and I appreciated the cleanliness. I liked the overall tidy environment, but those thin walls were a bit annoying, you could hear others pretty clearly.
